In-Process Production Control
Our QC team monitors every stage of production on-site — from incoming materials and machined part dimensions to worker inspections and final packaging. After assembly, random sampling tests are conducted on key functional parameters such as opening torque, closing torque, and efficiency. This stage-by-stage control guarantees consistent quality throughout production. Our sales team also conducts regular workshop inspections to ensure full compliance with client specifications. |
Delivery Control & After-Service
Our team supervises container loading on-site to ensure all goods are safely and properly handled for shipment.
After delivery, we maintain close communication with our clients. All inquiries and feedback are responded to promptly, ensuring that every issue is addressed in a timely and effective manner. |
